Instructions for Uploading Photos/Videos:
Use Wi-Fi When Possible: If you’re uploading photos or videos, connect to a Wi-Fi network. Uploading on mobile data can be slower, so Wi-Fi will improve speed.
Upload as You Go: Try to add photos and videos to the relevant sections as you complete each part. This will help the uploads finish in real-time, making the process smoother.
Avoid Large Uploads at the End: Uploading all photos at once at the end can significantly slow down the loading process.
If uploading photos is taking too long due to a poor signal, you can simply fill in the form as normal. Then, email the photos to contracts@astonpearl.co.uk along with the property address, and we will upload them to the backend for you. This should only be done if you’re experiencing signal issues; otherwise, please try to upload directly.
